We build your itinerary

Once we've matched properties to what you're actually looking for, we put together a focused, multi-day viewing plan — not a generic tour of whatever's available.

You book your own trip

Flights and hotel stay in your control — you book what suits you, on your schedule. We'll recommend options and help coordinate timing around viewings and developer meetings.

We host you on the ground

Airport pickup, a dedicated agent throughout your stay, and a curated schedule of viewings and meetings — built around your list, not ours.

If you buy, we credit your trip

Proceed with a purchase through Aroha, and we credit your actual travel costs — up to AED 20,000 — toward your closing costs.

Why we structure it this way

Most fly-in programs ask you to trust a stranger's photos, then pay for a subsidized trip built around inventory someone else needs to move. We'd rather you stay in control of your own travel, and only ask us to make good on the trip once we've actually earned your business.

You take on no upfront cost from us, and no obligation to buy. If the properties aren't right, you've lost nothing but the trip you'd have booked anyway.

Booking your own travel means you retain full flexibility and control over dates, airline, and accommodation — we do not book on your behalf.
